With an extensive career spanning over two decades in the energy industry, Kirk Coburn possesses a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the dynamic nuances within the sector. His professional journey has seen him undertake key roles within the Energy ecosystem, often collaborating closely with pipeline contractors, EPCMs, facility and pipeline inspectors, and fabricators.
Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at AbaData, Kirk plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the AbaData software development team to identify and implement cutting-edge software solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the Energy sector. AbaData's focus includes GIS, field operations and pipeline integrity software, inclusive of advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Kirk will be conducting a comprehensive training course on AbaData Maps 3.0, the latest version of AbaData's flagship product. During this course, he will highlight key differences between AbaData 2.0 and 3.0 and will offer tips and tricks for optimizing program utilization. Additionally, the training will delve into specific datasets and reports which will be tailored to address the needs and interests of members of the Canadian Land Reclamation Association (CLRA).
