showcase events

We're thrilled to introduce Showcase Events, the dynamic evolution of our esteemed Fall Tour. This rebrand marks a fresh chapter in our commitment to spotlighting remarkable reclamation and remediation endeavors across Alberta. Dedicated to immersive experiences, the Showcase is focused on highlighting interesting and unique reclamation and remediation projects through engaging in-person field trips and networking events.

Our goal? To shine a spotlight on intriguing and innovative projects, fostering knowledge exchange and celebrating successes and learnings within the CLRA community.

Do you have a project worthy of the spotlight? Let's make it happen! Reach out to us at abshowcase@ab.clra.ca and let's showcase your achievements!

Here are the key requirements for projects we're eager to feature:

  • Location: Alberta-based projects are preferred

  • Focus: Regional reclamation/environmental issues, solutions, and technical advances

  • Duration: Can be seen in one day

  • Accessibility: Can be accessed by a large group (bus)

  • Inclusivity: Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, our events welcome environmental professionals of all experience levels
