CLRA Alberta has a dedicated Board of Directors and several active committees that work together to support our organization. We appreciate the commitment of our volunteers and welcome anyone interested in joining our committees to complete the volunteer application provided.
The Networking and Events Committee is responsible for organizing events that facilitate networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the land reclamation community.

The Showcase Committee focus on highlighting interesting and unique reclamation and remediation projects through engaging in-person field trips and networking events.

The Student Relations Committee focuses on fostering relationships with post-secondary educational institutions, as well as engaging and supporting students pursuing studies in land reclamation and related fields. Responsibilities include offering mentorship opportunities, coordinating scholarships or awards, and facilitating student participation in CLRA activities.

The Golf Committee coordinates the Annual CLRA Alberta Charity Golf Tournament. They ensure that the event runs smoothly, providing a social and enjoyable environment for participants to connect and engage with one another.

The Conference Committee is responsible for coordination and execution of all aspects of the event including, the program, sponsorship, and venue. They work to create an engaging and informative experience for attendees, bringing together experts, industry professionals, and stakeholders to discuss trends, challenges, and innovations in land reclamation.
The Program Committee is responsible for developing the content and structure of the association’s annual conference. The committee ensures the program provides valuable learning experiences, promotes knowledge sharing, and highlights the latest advancements in land reclamation practices
